Factory & Team Profile

Queen Nail covers a total factory area of 4,000 square meters. Among its facilities, there is an 800-square-meter Class 10,000 cleanroom printing workshop—supporting both artisanal hand-painted press-on nail design and machine-produced press-on nails. This workshop specializes in creating high-end nail products that blend press-on nail craftsmanship with modern beauty trends. Additionally, the company has a 1,200-square-meter dust-free fully automated press-on nail production workshop, equipped with 3 automatic press-on nail production lines. It also features a 500-square-meter mold workshop and a team of 120 creative nail artists, all dedicated to manufacturing high-end press-on nails and developing designs that keep pace with current trends. The factory operates primarily through two core models: fully automated equipment operation and artisanal hand-painting. Currently, the company has a total of 312 employees, with the specific breakdown as follows: 12 staff in the management team, 120 in the design and R&D team, 20 in the sales team, 50 in the quality control (QC) team, and 100 in the production team.
