Cooperation Process
Since the customization of Press-on Nails involves multiple factors such as appearance design, material selection, size, color, and patterns, the process is relatively detailed. Here is the process for Press-on Nail customization (OEM/ODM):
Step 01.
According to the client's request, provide an idea or reference to evaluate the feasibility of the design proposal.
Step 02.
Provide designs or logo, like image, color, material or specification, etc.
Step 03.
Based on the clients requestsevaluate the price and mold cost,confirm the other details likepayment terms, package, shipment,etc.
Step 04.
After receiving the mold cost, start to design 3D drawing, and then confirm the drawing.
Step 05.
Start to make mold. Confirm mold T0 and T1.
Step 06.
Make samples per client’s requirements. During the making samples, we can have a video meeting to confirm the samples or send sample photo or video after finished.
Step 07
Confirm the sample via photo or video or deliver the samples. After the sample finished, double confirm the unit price.
Step 08.
After sample approved, confirm the quality points and mass production lead time.
Step 09.
According to agreed terms, place order, produce, inspection, settle payment and deliver.
